When I go to Bigby's I always get their Uncle Sam Roast Beef, and two beers.There was this one time the portions of roast beef slices were small and dry, and when I complained they returned that to the kitchen for a better replacement. Great service!I like the way they do the beef, it is between medium-well and well-done, but I could really taste it as tender, juicy beef.They serve this with rice, and a side of steamed (or blanched) string beans that are always under-cooked, presumably to maintain the 'crunch'. When I order I ask for the beans be cooked well. The gravy seems to be prepared with margarine.If I remember right, a plate costs P249. Roast beef is a dish I could not cook because I do not have an oven to use. It is more practical for me to visit Bigby's if I get the jones for roast beef.

Who doesn't love American classic recipes such as burgers, fries, shakes and steaks? Nothing beats our very own Filipino cuisine but if you're in the mood for good old Western favorites, Bigby's is the place to go. Our family have been regulars ever since they opened at their old location in the 3rd level of Ayala Center, 19 years ago.Their signature pork ribs recipe, the Rack-a-bye Baby, is our all-time favorite here. However, during our most recent visit we decided to explore other items in their colorful, highly descriptive menu as well.Browsing the menu, I set my sights on the Crepe Smorgasbord. Fell in love with it the moment I took a bite and heard that "crunnnchhh" sound! Beneath the golden brown crepe lay a luscious creamy filling consisting of ham, chicken & shrimp bits. Divine to the nth degree!Another winner was the Tiki Wacky Chicken Salad, this is one generously served portion of fresh greens mixed with lots of nuts, mango slices, grapes and tomatoes. Looking like a scoop of ice cream, the mound of soft chicken salad on top is the perfect complement for this veggie dish. I could eat just this salad alone and call it a night.Not far behind, taste-wise, are their Grilled Rodeo Chops, the Hungarian Sausage (w/ Cuban rice) and Onion Rings. Did I mention the service here is among the best in the business?Always a happy, satisfied customer at Bigby's.

The Food Trip Platter, with some chilli flappers, ever tasty quesadillas, some dippy fish fingers and barbeque-flavored fries, is no doubt one of the best appetizers. And you'll also love their Chimi Cha Cha Salad with nacho beef and chips 💕

Blossoming spinach dip forever! I love almost everything in their menu. Yes, they can be quite pricey but it's really worth it especially if you want to satisfy those cravings you get out of the blue. Will always be a fan. 🙋

I always love Bigbys too! When me and boyf ate here, no regrets!! The price is reasonable for the serving. I love their baby back ribs and the porkchop. Like hmmmmmm yummmm!:) √

I love how clean the place is, actually we were sitting outside lol but I can tell the place is clean. The mintute you sit on their table they will be bringing some water and the menu. We were only 3 and one of us was on a diet so we didnt really order much. I ordered their milkshake as my drink and it was really good, they placed wafers on it which I wasn’t able to eat for a long time. Their food is good, their ribs were tender. Also it didn’t take too long for the food to arrive, they said 15-20 mins but it arrived at like 8 mins or so.

The most underrated Baby Back Ribs in town. For me, nonetheless, it has the best ribs anywhere in Cebu. Why?1. The pigs are raised in Cagayan(famous for their pineapples). They eat the skins/scraps of the pineapples which gives their meat a nice sweet flavor, and making it very tender. Btw Pineapples make a great meat tenderizer.2. The slight smoky, sweet and tangy sauce makes the difference. They grill the ribs to perfection everytime you go, it may not be perfectly off the bone tender, but it has a nice chew to it and you can really taste the sweetness of the ribs compared to other places.It has been consistent all throughout its years in Cebu, staff are smiling and very accomodating, service is well.

Place - 4/5 overall nice and cozy with collector's items covering the walls. Space can be a little tight especially when the restaurant is fullService - 4/5 exemplary and the manager responded to the comment about the small serving they had for the ribs. A complimentary cake slice was given. I just wish they didn't have to and instead fixed the serving sizes in the first placeTaste - 4/5 always my favorite for years now is their chix ahoy which is a serving of sizzling boneless chicken. Ribs were tasty and sauce was not overpoweringValue - 1/5 pricey for what you get. Ribs are more expensive and while the leading competition within the same mall serves 2 excellent rib racks per order under P300, Bigbys will give you literally only 2 rib bones for the price. A starter of squiggly rings that cost under P300 also literally had only 5 small rings and the kitchen got creative by adding potatoes and eggplant slices to make it look more.Bottomline - Premium pricing with small serving sizes that I can't recommend. I'm unlikely to return unless things change. There are simply much better restaurants around
