The place was small but it is just enough because it is not too crowded and we also went there on a weekday afternoon. There is also a parking space for those who are bringing their cars. The ambiance is good and the staff were accommodating. I was really craving for their burger since I have seen a lot of posts on facebook in my news feed and finally, my craving is satisfied.  There serving is really satisfying and it tastes really good and worth the price. I will definitely go back there and bring with me my friends or my family.

I ordered mushroom bacon burger. I'm not sure how to go about this review. I'm really sorry to disappoint the management but the burger needs a REDO. It taste bland, the burger patty itself is bland and is soaked in moisture. The texture of the patty is bad. It's crumb-like and falls off easily. I think this is because of too much hand patting while making the patties and or is machine made.I cannot pinpoint the problem here, its perhaps the quality of the meat that you have? Try having a ground beef with 60-40 ratio. Means 60% it must contain fats and 40% lean meat. Purchase it from yout butcher/supplier FRESH everyday. NEVER FREEZE the patties. (Only big commercial fastfood chains do that where their food is of low quality. Making it a pure commercial fast food) This way, if you are using local meat which has little or poor marbling in it, you can still add flavor from the little fats that you have. MORE BEEF MARBLING-THE HIGHER the standard of the beef. You can always make best patties using hand, a little pat with little salt and pepper. Thats it. You dont need extenders. The bun is too soft and soaked too in moisture. I'm sorry but i'd have to give you 1-star for your burger. It didn't excite my tastebuds and couldn't meet up my palate expectations. I'm sorry for the photo, couldnt get one as it wouldnt look so good.Will still give it a chance in the future for my next visit if you have improved by taking comments constructively. Goodluck!

Satisfied my craving for a big ol' homemade greasy burger. Had the jalapeño cheese burger, it was good and I look forward to trying something new next time. For Cebu the burger is decent.

Best Burger in Cebu lives up to its name. This is the best burger that I've tasted. Yummy...yummy...yummy. I ordered Bacon Cheeseburger and it was sooo goood. Their burgers are heaven sent. I would defnititely be back here in Big Tom's. ;)

Food: Ordered their Deluxe Bacon Burger. It was overwhelmingly delicious! The patty was juicy that it drips to your fingertips. Of course, nothing goes wrong with bacon! Bun has that right softness. Fries were good but served in small amounts. Plating: IG worthyPrice: Rightly priced. Every bite is worth the money.Place: Interior has this industrial vibe.Service: Accomodating and patient. Lacks staff, though.

Don't ever call for a delivery. I had the 1st worst experience with food delivery. First, they can't deliver it as soon as you order coz their delivery service is already out and it is somewhere far from our location. Second, the crew who took the order must not be well trained on delivery service coz she didn't tell us the total amount due and in turn didn't ask how much is the money prepared so that they would know if they have to bring change. Then the food I ordered wasn't the same as what I always bought or ate at their outlet. I ordered extra meatballs but no pasta. At the outlet, the meatballs comes with sauce. But I didn't get the sauce. All I got was a plain, ugly looking dry meatballs. When we called the outlet about it, their reply was that the sauce is served at the outlet only. I said, "what?!" Lesson learned on Big Tom's food delivery, it is a BIG NO NO.

Used to be really really good. Then they changed everything from the patty to the milkshake. The milkshakes used to be really creamy and full, now it's watered down. 😭

Haven't really been there yet but I keep passing through the place when I'm travelling in a taxi cab and I see the place is actually small but eye catching. I tasted a burger from here but I didn't know what it was called and it was pretty tasty. I'll surely come and swing by someday. x

Based on my tastebuds, they have juicy burgers that is at par with Army Navy and variety the same as Burger Joint.. Hehe!😁 It is really that juicy that you will have difficulty eating them by hand because patty juice & all the other sauces might drip faster than you can wipe it.. Haha! They also provide chicken, sandwiches, pasta & different kinds of craft beers to suite your dining experience.😄
