This has always been the top choice if you are looking for the finest in the Queen city of the South and I question no more.  The elegant ambiance  is superb with an overlooking view of the metropolis perfect combination. Service wise they are one of the most warm welcoming people and attentive people.  As for the food, they have nailed it! They also is offering a wide range of beverage list and house wine with a fancy wine library. I simply run out of words for Bellini as a true Blue Cebuano, I am happy to have Bellini a home at the Queen city of the South word class!
