This is my first branch of Ayer's where I dined. Their menu looks so tasty. However, I was disappointed though on the servings of their food. I though it could feed 2 mouths but the servings is not enough for me though. Food is not worth the price I am paying. Though some of their meals have servings which are enough.

So my husband and I ate here last Sunday evening while waiting for the heavy rain to pass and the flood to go down before heading home. This was my first (and probably the last) visit here.I was a bit disappointed with the menu. Hubby wanted to order their Dinugoan Value Meal but they only had Bopis & Paksiw available.. the rest was not. So we decided to just order their 1/4 kg Lechon (P150) and Bopis Value Meal (P55) instead. The Bopis tasted good actually. I would have rated this place a 2.5 if it weren't for their Bopis. The Lechon however wasn't too appealing. The skin wasn't crisp (like hello! That's supposed to be the best part about eating Lechon!) and they served us more bones & fat than meat. LOL. Meat was flavorful though.I wouldn't recommend this for those Lechon lovers out there. But who knows, you might get better lechon if you come here in the morning or during lunch.

Paskiw Bisaya is must-try. Before going to cinema, fill your stomach with a sumptuous meal from Ayers. Lechon is definitely part of that. Happy eating.

As part of our lechon hopping, we tried Ayer's Lechon in SM City Cebu. I had no idea that this existed since it's not part of the lists of must-try lechon. There were a lot of seats but it seems that it will be cramped when the place is full. Fortunately, there's only a few people when we visited. Among all of the places we've tried, Ayer's has the cheapest lechon. We tried the Lechon Super Meal for 99 pesos wherein you just need to add 3 pesos for the drinks and 5 pesos for unli rice. The lechon was unappealing and the skin isn't that crispy. Good thing the meat was flavorful enough but still dry. It's still worth to try since my friend liked it, but I wouldn't recommend this if you have high expectations.
