This is undoubtedly the very best bar and restaurant in Cebu. The decoration is quite unique and it does indeed have an excellent ambience about it. The meals is fantastic high quality and even less expensive and I can’t think that I am the initial personto review this Eating place. Everything that I've eaten there up to now has been fabulous. Among the best Caesar salad’s I’ve ever eaten on earth!
