They will have good pasta meals and the dog owner said that his personal favorite will be their burger steak. In addition they serve Filipino meals. This place is quite popular among Japanese surviving in Cebu.

This place is cool to chill and smoke. They will have a variety of flavours and you will mix every one of them as if you want. The employees is quite friendly, the songs is good. So we'd an enjoyable experience over here.

We were here to take pleasure from the evening, order foods , smoke cigarettes a bowl and consume something. Everything was okay up to now. When we made a decision to purchase a small street meals the administration billed us 50 pesos on our costs!! We in no way experienced this anyplace andwe ate all over the world. The administration wasnt reaady to negotiate it and cancel, alltough we mentioned we didnt understand and how exactly we couldnt when we is there the 1st time... sometimes an excellent manager makke choices appropriate to the problem. Unfortunatey she didnt. 50 pesos isn't much, nonetheless it gave the night time a bad taste.

So right now there aren't many areas to locate a Shisha/Hookah in Cebu.. but this place accocunts for for that with a gigantic hookah that burns forever. I must say i appreciated the hookah. The meals was okay and although I'm vegetarian I could fill upwith options of salads, grilled vegetables, rice and other things. My girlfriend experienced some meats and enjoyed her dinner. Ultimately we emerged for the hookah and had not been disappointed with the knowledge of seated on the top and smoking during the night HOWEVER... I have to say.. we attained 5pm (enough time that is detailed you're open on search engines maps) and was informed the restaurant didn't open up until 6. When i told the lady that functions there we just wished to smoke cigarettes a hookah can we do this before 6 she thought to keep coming back at 6. Okay whatever we waited the two 2 hours BUT they said we'd to hold back until 8. Therefore we wasted so enough time because of this hookah. Any regular person could have never waited 4 hrs for a hookah nonetheless it was a story trying to smoke cigarettes one in Cebu therefore we didn't want to quit but we simply couldn't earn with the hrs being incorrect from search engines maps and being informed to end up being there at 6 but discovered afterwards we had to hold back until 8 to smoke cigarettes. That has been a bummer. Well definitely they offered the shisha correct at 8pm correct?? No... despite the fact that we requested this... it still took until 8:30 to assist the hookah. We noticed the table close to us complain that it got too much time to serve hahaha. (Only if they knew we'd been waiting yet another 2 hours along with the half an hour after 8). Simply beware they only provide after 8pm the hookahs. I desire this was trained to all of these staff so forget about miscommunication. Hookah and meals were fine. Only a hassle to obtain served.

We found this location which did proper cup Shisha . They had many flavours - Shisha had been the smoothest I've tried . Great relax place with vocals in gazebo . Great assistance and reasonable cost which made this phenomenal value .
