We tried the Buffalo, Honey garlic & Spicy naked wings and all three were absolutely the worst tasting flavors I have ever tried. Even the plain naked wings lacked basic flavor all fried chicken has. Won't go back until the flavors are changed. .. even at the exceptionally low cost of 120p for 10 pieces.

Scammed. Bought the 120 pesos platter and thought we were getting 12 pcs but only got around 5-6 pcs for each platter and this is excluding rice. Also, each platter is good for 1 flavor only. The waiter told me it was based on the weight of the wings but they didnt specify the exact grams they needed for every platter.The only good thing was the flavors they offered. Tried the Chili BBq, Garlic Parmesan & Honey Garlic. All 3 were good.Oh, also the place is too tight doesnt go well with a party of 5.

Me and my fanily tried their chicken wings last Saturday at Sugbo Mercado. I was not so happy when i got the plate coz the pieces were so small. Though i guess it was just worth the price.

Im sorry but this place is the literal definition of dissapointment. Ive been into chicken wings lately, so 21 dubs has been on my list. So when I get here, the place was a little bit small but its not so crowded. We ordered the platter and instead of getting 10 pcs of chiken (i think) we actually had more or less 6 pcs, they're chicken wings are so small. Its not worth it

The 3.5 is for the chicken. I like how they have a lot of flavor choices. The prices are affordable. The size is appropriate for the price.For the rest, my rating would be between 2.5-3 especially for the quality of rice and lack of drinks selection.This is definitely a Hole in the wall type of resto. Don't expect too much.The place is right beside Sacred Heart School near Capitol site.

Great place for when you're on a budget and in a rush but don't want to take on the conventional fast food. Garlic Parmesan is a good option for flavor if you're not into spicy.

First experience with 21 Dubs was extremely horrible that it drove me to post about our experience on my instagram (I have never done this nor do I think I will ever do it again), long story short, we waited over an hour for our order (no other patrons were inside) and server was really b****y (although I heard she was eventually fired as many customers also complained about her), we were served BURNT chicken wings. Owner was aware that he served us bad quality wings (they were testing out new oil-per owner) and apologized for it and tried to make it up to us (very sweet gesture and we appreciate the effort). Tried it a second time at sugbu mercado secretly and it was okay, average flavor and not burnt.

I been here for several times already and every experience varies, generally speaking the prices is very affordable for a platter of 8 pieces of chicken wings to me. With 21 flavors to choose from its up for you to experience and explore it, to me I have my personal favorite. The garlic Parmesan, house bbq and honey garlic seems appealing to me. However, last night we had garlic Parmesan and Mango Jalapeno, the garlic Parmesan is a safe choice on the other hand, the mango Jalapeno gives a twist of mangoes sweetness and spiciness of the Jalapeno. Everything was going well not until we found one bloody wing in the mango jalapeno. I was embarrassed to my companion as I have invited him. With high hopes, it will not happen to other customers.

Went there with 2 of my friends. We ordered their solo meal (wings, cup of rice & glass of juice). Honey bbq, Buffalo, & Garlic Parmessan. We waited for 15 minutes to get our orders because they ran out of rice. I personally like Buffalo flavor because its spicy. Wings are great!! The service was good. Place is very small.

I first tried 21 Dubs at Sugbo Mercado IT Park. I enjoyed and loved their chicken wings so much, we decided to go to their store and have another fill. I was not very happy with my chicken wings. The sauce was tasty, yes. But the chicken wings were too dry (or the portions were too small, therefore it felt like I didn't have much meat). There isn't too mich space in the dining area. It could use a little rearranging to maximize the floor area. We sat near the entrance door, thus my companion kept getting hit by incoming (and outgoing) guests. I love that they have hand guards available on their tables, ready to use. The Visual Traveler
