The chicken is crunchy but a bit salty so gravy will really come in handy! I love the mojos of course and the garlic bread so is the carbonara! We ordered Manager's Choice pizza and it's fine. I'm not really a fan of Shakey's pizza overall but if it's served fresh and hot, I would say it's acceptable. The ambiance is also cozy with free wifi, and the loo is clean.

One of the best Shakey's branches I have ever been to! The pizza was delish as well as the pasta. I wanted to give a five star rating but the bathroom was a bit dirty when I visited.

Got our order wrong. Food took a long time to come out (longer than usual). Did not serve our additional order and the free pizza included in their meal deal (but they gave me a coupon for that). Ask for water 3+ times, didn’t get it. Credit card terminal not working, they had to ask me 4 times for a different card (Waited for 45mins for them to tell me its broken).

This is my favorite branch of shakey's kasi malaki yung space. Ang tagal lang talaga ng waiting mga almost 30 minutes pero at least talagang bagong luto kasi kahit garlic bread is mainit pa. staffs are not that much attentive. pero the place is clean naman also yung cr. medyo pahirapan lang talaga sa parking kasi halos lahat ng kumakain ata may sasakyan. A good place for reunion, bonding with friends, and also meetings kasi malaki yung function room nila.

The fries! Really a bunch of fries. Their rice was kind of stiff and dry. Their pizza, well pizza is pizza. Shakey's pizza. Kudos to the staff for the good service.

Shakey's really starts with letter 's' and that word is 'salt' their pizza is ok but it is saltyyy and chicken is marinated with salt. I don't know well but I felt dizzy after I having a piece of fheir chicken. Others are ok esp. I love their mojos.

The food's good. I really like their mojos chips I don't really get fed up eating it. Their pizza is also great they have a wide variety of choice although not so much but still.

Order confirmed at 8:23PM. We received an sms confirmation at 8:29PM. We waited for 30 mins. But then no update. We replied to the sms message at 9:01. Still no update. It was delivered at exactly 9:15PM. 52mins for the delivery time... Seriously? Okay, the delivery man was so polite when he arrived. I am trying to keep my cool, as I don't want to be rude. I am not after getting the food for free, I paid for in exact amount. No tip. But then again, I am not the type of customer who will just sit down and do nothing. I was about to send an email but apparently I got so busy the whole day. So I sent a complaint on their Facebook page as we are not happy with the service we got from you. They said they are going to check the details and they'll get back to me once everything has been verified from that store.I am working on the customer service field as well, so I strongly believed setting expectation to the customer will be very much appreciated. But no sms reply from them or no update is really unacceptable.Also upon checking the receipt it is indicated that it was punched at 8:27PM. But on the bottom side it says there EDT: 9:28PM. So the estimated total time is 59mins. But still, no one informed us. I am extremely disappointed. It was actually my first time to order from them. Sorry to say I was a loyal customer with another pizza resto. But my partner said we can try something else and Shakey's was the first one that I could think of. And then this? I shouldn't be wasting my time with you these people. It was not worth it afterall. Attached are the proof that might help. I intentionally blurred out some information for my privacy.

Shakey’s is one of my favorite restaurant ever since I was a kid. I still remember their branch in SM Megamall that hosts band. while having sports on TV. It has been my memory of Shakey’s. I visited their EDSA-caloocan branch. It was one of the busiest branch, even at 9pm, it was full. I was assisted and seated in the bar. Most of the time, I would order their 2-pc. chicken with rice, but sadly, they reformulated their menu. So I got the bunch of lunch instead.It includes a soup, salad, pizza, pasta, mojos, and chicken. The salad was plated clumsily. It was just literally dumped in my plate. I know it was a busy day, but atleast plate it nicely. It’s not a rabbit who’s going to eat the few leaves of romaine. to dump it like that. The soup was cream of corn and chicken. It tasted like it but some od the roux mixture wasn’t melted properly that created lump.sChicken was still as good as before, although dry, I still love the seasoning and pairing it with ketchup. The pizza was a fail. The crust was bland, so I left the edges on my plate. The servers was quick and attentive, but I didn’t feel the Shakey’s hospitality from their other branches. THat they would introduce themselves, that they would be our order taker, etc. etc. And asking us how was the food and the whole experience. I’m not sure if they don’t do it anymore or its just late already. But that’s one thing that make Shakeys standsout, more then the chicken and mojoes.#TheFoodCrawlers #OngsFoodprints #SplatMNL
