This being my first day back in the gym after the holidays, I wanted something rather light for lunch. I decided to have lunch at Figaro while waiting for my ride home. I ordered the chicken a la kiev, which was served with pasta carbonara and potato wedges. My dish had four generous slices of the roulade, and the pasta had slices of bacon instead of the usual imitation bacon crumble. Really good! I wish the pasta sauce was thicker and the potato wedges had more seasoning.

Good staff, fast wifi, socket for charging and not crowded. This place is my go-to-place whenever i want to focus on my studies, thesis, etc. Abusive as it may seem they don't mind if you ordered one drink and stayed there for the whole day. But due to their delicious menu you cant resist ordering especially their homemade ice tea.

Figaro at Sta Lucia East Grand Mall Theatre Zone, is one of the classiest and coziest dining cafes in the mall. Its decor is classic European. You'd feel the ambiance of an exclusive English cigar club with a dark mahogany wood bar and wall accents with heavy moldings, unpronounced lighting and subdued background music. They have a small garden with a fountain on one corner where the continuous flow of water soothes the senses. Leather lounge chairs and sofas are available to the lucky few. And they have an enclosed smoking area to accommodate some customers who just want to have their coffee with cigarettes. They do provide free Wi-Fi which is an added bonus. For snacks, we ordered the Chicken Quezadilla specially made in-house with mozzarella cheese, slices of white chicken, green bell peppers and mayonnaise. The flour tortilla was crispy and the stuffing had a delightfully creamy taste with some hints of herbs. The order was paired with 12 oz. Iced Coffee. We also tried their Eclair, which matched well with the coffee. We were very satisfied with the taste and we feel that the items we ordered were reasonably priced. JD, one of their diligent staff, effectively rendered a welcoming service.
