I enjoyed the tortang dilis dipped in spicy vinegar and the beef steak with onion bands. The tinolang maya maya had been also a take pleasure in every sip. Red Apple also acts native "kakanin" or snack foods such as cuchinta, buko pie, cassava cake, etc. For dessert, you can pick from buco pandan with lychee, fresh fruit salad, leche flan, and halo-halo. I like their halo-halo as the ice currently offers sugar and milk, and creates a tasty, thick lotion when shaved.
