Via our safari trip in Calauit island, all of us stopped more than Buluang Fishpond regarding lunch as recommended simply by our visit guide, Nanding. Nanding personally understands the cook and who owns the place and this individual requested to possess our 1.5-kg new mud crabs (we boughtat the docking area for Calauit) prepared for a fee. The charge was only P200 in addition to the P450 we covered the crabs so that it had been a bang for the buck. We also ordered some grilled clams that was excellent and the exotic chili-garlic octopus that was perfectly-cooked as well. For soup, we'd the tamarind native poultry (sinampalukang manok). Our bill was just P900, including the cooking charge for the crabs.

We took lunch inside this restaurant right after our morning stop by at the Calauit Safari Recreation area that is just 20 mins away drive. The eating place has a special setting with individual eating huts afloat a man-made pond. Orders are usually used as you enter the “bridge” tothe eating huts. Menu includes main course, seafood choices and the breakfast menus all composed in a little board. Our group didn't try their seafood aside from the grilled seafood that people ordered. The sinampalukang indigenous poultry (P450) and pinoy pinakbet (P150) that people ordered were delicious. Nevertheless, the pork and poultry adobo (P150 each) was filled with body fat. We enjoyed their clean buko drink. Usually, their prices were sensible, but their assistance was bad because our orders emerged after more than half an hour of waiting. There have been also canines of the dog owner that played within our eating hut who afterwards fought and bit one another.
