Food is fantastic! Good portions but still a good affordability considering that you're in Batanes. Staff really friendly. Artsy decor.

Harbour Cafe probably gets the widest menu among all Batanes dining places. They serve pasta, sandwiches, and local viands. The only real drawback this is actually the fact that they're understaffed. Our orders arrived several hour later. Furthermore, the area has mosquitoes. Despite the fact that therewere incense repellents, it didn't do a lot to ward them aside. I also got allergies from inhaling the incense smoke. Meals quality is average. Cost is a bit higher for Batanes standards.

Attained this restaurant for supper. Because it was a weekend break, there were a lot of diners. Sensing that it had been understaffed, we just purchased pasta and pork sinigang, realizing that it might be faster to prepare and hopefully will be offered straightaway. After several follow-ups,alas it had been served after a lot more than one hour of waiting. Despite the fact that the good-for-one pasta price Php 350/plate.

The carbonara, pesto, and hazelnut milkshake we ordered were excellent. It is a little bit pricey (Php200+) here in comparison to other places.

The staffs are accommodating. You have to wait for the meals to be served. It is a tiny bit pricey but meals is still great. We haven't tasted their lobster since it isn't available. The area is across the road and close to the sea. You canfeel the chilly/hot breeze. Per serving is wonderful for 2-3 persons We dined here for the first day time and dined here once again for the last day within Batanes (Since we don't possess a choice, all dining places within the vicinity were currently closed)

simple location, but well-crafted food in comparison to other restaurants within Basco, the chef understands his stuff.

Harbour Café is among the popular dining places in the city proper of Basco. It really is hardly noticeable from the primary road since there is no specific signage or indication outdoors, but people (specifically tricycle drivers) are familiar with the area plus they can tellyou ways to get there. This café is fairly small, with just a couple of tables, but it includes a simple yet lovely ambiance, having an outdoor open-air eating area that provides you an extremely nice view of the sunset and of the seaport below. I would recommend that you go to the place at sunset. Regarding the food, the menus has a good collection of food and beverages that taste good and so are easy on the purse. Service is quite pleasant and accomodating (as almost everywhere else in Batanes). Occasionally the place gets filled with diners (especially at supper), so it's easier to create your reservation in advance if you're to arrive a big group.
