Had our late Xmas lunch here. Disappointed as the ramen had not been hot rather than worth the price. A few of the food that people ordered tasted great but many of them expensive. But we like their place inside SM Baguio that is great for picturetaking specifically the balcony part. We also pointed out that they had been understaff and so we have to call every once in awhile just to obtain us what we are in need of, that have been very basic and must be at the desk beforehand. Hope they take action to boost their food taste, cost and service.

My friends and We went at around 8pm to possess dinner before our film starts and had a man take our purchase. After looking forward to around 45 mins where nobody actually served us our beverages we called among the waiters to followup our purchase and after 10 a lot more minutes of waiting around our waiter finally comes home with menus and states he forgot to punch inside our order. We have been obviously dissatisfied because we have been starving and our film is about to begin with and SM has already been starting to near for the night. Therefore we inquire the waiter to create in a supervisor to speak to about our scenario and what he will is he provides the waiter who smudged and humiliates him by stating how he'd atone for his mistake implying he pay for our food. We don’t would like that needless to say and that’s an extremely disrespectful thing to go over before us. We made a decision to leave. We finished up buying whatever meals we are able to that’s still open up inside SM once we rushed to the cinema.. Thank you Teriyaki Boy for dealing with the situation professionally before us making us appear to be the bad men. The food appeared appetizing in the menus but we never surely got to see it.

Therefore we ordered four foods, including 2 orders of the tonkotsu teishoku place meal. We cancelled both orders and changed it with 2 different foods. But we waited for probably 30-40 mins and our purchase of the set foods weren’t arriving. The twomeals got arrived however the set foods were nowhere found therefore we inquired for a follow-up. Rather, we were notified our set food orders had been cancelled. So essentially, we waited our foods for nothing at all. Please fix your assistance! The meals is good however the program isn’t. Wouldn’t be returning any time soon.

My youngest son loves the chashu ramen shoyu of Teriyaki Boy he constantly orders it each time we visit the restaurant to consume. And the curry is crucial! Don't forget to require their complimentary chips and warm tea while waiting around foryour purchase to be served!
