We have been looking for the best bulalo eating place around Baguio and on the list of long set of places we've tried is tatay Diaz. Plenty of taxi motorists know of the place which explains why going right here is very easy even though you don'tknow where it really is. The atmosphere is of the carinderia with a tarp which has a image of an old guy, whom we assumed to become tatay Diaz. Anyhow, the meat was smooth, it had been easy to chew, nonetheless it tasted enjoy it wasn't new. The broth is alright but I'm not just a lover of the rice they offered. I think its just a little overrated. For me this is not the very best bulalo in Baguio.
