Prior to the pandemic, I've prided myself of experiencing been to the majority of the best dining places and food holes in Baguio. I was amazed then when my companion got me to Publiquo for past due lunch. Food was flavorful, good portioned and creatively presented. Up herein the mountains, anything seafood can't be likely to be super refreshing, but that was precisely how the tuna tummy tasted. The grilled meats had been also nicely done. What i possibly could not get my brain off though may be the Truffle Herbed Potato Fritz. They arrived at your desk 4 layers high, searching like liempo cuts. And boy are usually they good!
