Surprised they are in a position to make espresso away of local coffee beans. I generally find this hard any place in the Philippines! I attempted 2 of their coffee beans and the baristas had been excellent and accommodating! I proceeded to go with my brothers two times during our stayin Baguio for just two 2 days.
