On a cold day, we felt the heat of the eating place and the staff the moment we entered. We ate several times at Gourmet Gypsy Artwork Cafe in QC pre-pandemic. That branch closed through the pandemic. Gypsy Baguio displayed goods that are familiar, however with refreshing takes. We loved the roasted veggie salad, arancini, seafood laksa and seafood palabok. The bannofee miso had been good too. The restaurant is on a good hilly area around 20 minutes from Camp John Hay, but certainly worth the trip.
