Beware! My charge card has been compromised and I must cancel the card. This occurred at Gerry’s Grill in SM Baguio last Nov 21, 2017. The meals was good and employees were helpful. When it was time and energy to spend, I gave my charge card tothe waiter. The waiter disappeared from view and returned after 10 minutes roughly apologizing that it required a while because their system had been down. The receipt no. will be 0000065235 for P1821.60. I never suspected that there is a fraud until i checked my charge card transactions a couple of days after. My cards was useful for this transaction below: INT*IN *Greatest GLOBAL VC 818-2646636 CA $927.31 I am hoping the manager of the restaurant will investigate with this situation and fire the man who did this in order that it won't happen again. This type of hassle to document a fraud declare and cancel the cards during us vacation. I nevertheless believe this restaurant includes a great team helping many customers. Simply need to weed out the poor apple. Will still return back but can pay cash next time.

Gerry's grill is situated in SM mall.. Cannot fault this eating place.. Specialise in BBQ.. The crispy. Pata is great also.. Traditional vege meals and big selection of rice to accompany ..program always excellent.. Will usually eat at Gerry's extremely satisfying

Whenever we arrived, the cafe was complete and there was an extended queue in the waiting listing. It was impressive the way the receptionist manage the stress in accommodating each client that was waiting. We misplaced my gopro in those days. When we were currently seated,before I actually remember that I dropped it, the supervisor and the staff easily acknowledged that the gopro they discovered was mine. Personnel were very attentive and expert plus they were cheerful - a very important thing to start a good dinner with your cherished one.

Actually coming to a Gerryˋs for the very first time despite being within the Philippines for some time I was surprised concerning the quality of the meals. Lechon, Pusit and Sizzling Gambas - all i'm all over this and very delicious. The service was attentive except the youngwaiter who found clean the table and gave us the impression that it had been time to leave.
