We originated from Cagayan Valley and we discovered this location via an acquaintance, we dined inside during our holiday and do you know what? We din’t regret doing this. It was the very best dining experience within Baguio. The meals was outstanding! It’s Filipino cuisine but ona totally new different level! Best on our list will be the Dinuguan, Bagnet Palabok, Kinuday Salad and Sinigang na Salmon, exquisite flavor and it’s quite comforting! There is also the very best pastries!!!!! It’s furthermore an advantage that they possess the very best service. We’d want to come back again and try the other dishes. Many thanks, Bistro Lokal for getting us!

Apart from the food getting best tier, 🔝🔝 what we enjoyed probably the most has been Chef Miko Dy’s tales about his eyesight and execution of providing farm to desk food, supporting local natural 🌱🌱suppliers by donating 15% of these proceeds to supply a far more sustainable andethical 😇😇make and the problems and tribulations he previously to face as the restaurateur. 👨🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳 Was good catching up after greater than a decade.😅😅

They weren’t kidding if they said it had been a dining knowledge. The pandesals are without doubt the best I’ve acquired in my own lifetime. Very gentle and would cause you to keep consuming more. The personnel were very pleasant, useful and easy to cope with. I hada huge order plus they were extremely gracious enough to support. Amazing everything! Kudos to Chef Miko to make excellent food! Happy customer here!

We ordered the Kinuday Salad, Bagnet Binagoonan, Sisig Paella also to top everything off we'd the Carioca ala setting. Everything tasted fantastic. Worthy of the amount of money and will certainly keep coming back for more!

Enjoy the uniqueness of the menus. It provides a twist of specialities that has cordilleran delicacies and things that only found in this area. The pancit was tasty and the bagnet has been quite generous and crunchy. The lumpia had been interesting. It's not the most common lumpiangsariwa, this acquired a crunch and sweetness to it. The sourdough and the chocolate croissant has been baked to perfection. I'd have given our go to 5 stars. But sadly from enough time we sat right down to the time we still left, I had been disturbed by the proprietors' continuous yelling and the usage of demeaning phrases to his employees. Not just one personnel but any staff which makes a error or whatever he didn't approve of. Yelling simply because in from the very best of his tone of voice. It had been disappointing to witness thinking of this location has so much potential future. Please be great to your employees. You won't have the ability to run a small business without them.

We ordered their dinakdakan, chicharong bulaklak, and okoy. All were very pleasurable. The chicharong bulaklak has been incredible. For the mains, we'd Kare-Kare, Dinuguan, Butter Patis Pampano, and Binagoongang Bagnet. Their Kare-Kare had been the best we ever endured in quite a while! The taste wasjust ideal for a Kare-Kare! Their dinuguan can be very abundant with taste and it really was great. Their pastillas pandesal and ube pandesal can be a must attempt! Would come back!
