"Bulalô is really a beef dish from the Philippines. This is a light coloured soup that is created by cooking food beef shanks and marrow bones before collagen and body fat has melted in to the obvious broth." (from Wikipedia) on a cold and rainy night time, really fewmenu items warm you up much better than a plate of hot soup, and bulalo is ideal for this. the location is simple (plenty of students and employees eat here), you purchase at the counter, indicate what viands you need, pay, look for a table, then await your purchase to be presented. you are likely to enjoy the meals then leave. the area isn't very big (seats significantly less than 50 pax) no alcohol is served. suggested? yes. but don't expect 5-celebrity service. just good foods.
