Sharyn's being the most famous Cansi home didn't disappoint. It had been a unique knowledge. The dish appeared fairly simple but the flavor really was awesome, and different.

I'm so glad that restaurant is only several meters from our hotel. Whenever we found its way to Bacolod from Iloilo, it had been already 6:30pm. Therefore we requested our taxi driver what period this cafe closes. They informed us around it closes between730pm-8pm. Therefore we dropped our hand bags @ Circle Inn after that walked around 5 mins to Sharyn. Their final order reaches 730pm so good point we obtained there before 730. We ordered their famous Sharyn's cansi and fried cansi. And boy oh boy! It had been super tasty!!! We were so exhausted and exhausted from Isla De Gigantes to Iloilo slot to Bacolod. Therefore we purchased 3 cansi and 4 fried cansi and lots of extra rice needless to say (because rice is existence!), there have been about 11 folks :) we finished the vast majority of it aside from the left fried cansi. We also chitchatted with the dog owner and her child. She even offered me polvoron to use that is super delicious furthermore. Almost all their staff were excellent and taken care of all our needs. This can be a must try if you are in Bacolod. Strongly suggested

The beef stew was excellent. The sour soup will be refreshing. The meats is tender. An individual serving will do for 3 persons. However the place and support needs improvement.

2nd time and final visit was in 2011. The area enhanced and cleaner than before. Kansi was great but we experienced the flavor have changed... it had been even more beefy and oilier than I remembered.

Got an opportunity to try their famous kansi. But also for takeout. Maybe since it was for takeout my expectations was higher. Meat was tough probably because it had been takeout or i found the restaurant 7pm. The restaurant closes by 8pm

Sharyn's Cansi Home is a hole-in-the-walls eatery that boasts of many years of much-deserved recognition and fame. Despite its easy interiors and insufficient air-con, locals and visitors flock the cafe to get a flavor of its famed Cansi. An order of these Cansi (P350)includes a huge plate of beef shank prepared in its signature wealthy sour soup flavored by the locally obtainable batwan that provides the Cansi its distinctive flavor. The eating place thoughtfully pairs this with additional glasses of soup and scooped-up bone marrow merely to push this guilty pleasure house. My only encounter with this particular dish previously will be the Sizzling Kansi from Locavore; so my very first sip of its broth has been just mind-blowing. I didn’t expect its tastes to become as intense and immense because they had been that I understood why this is finest paired with a mug of rice. Its lovely proprietor, Delia Perez, knew my sponsor, Dani's mother and father even before these were married; therefore she lovingly treats Dani as family members. Due to this, we had been spoiled with an additional helping of bone marrow and its own Crispy Cansi (P430). Somehow, the currently heart-pounding full taste of the Cansi will be intensified in its crispy edition. Served mainly because deep-fried flakes, a-la adobo flakes design, the dry edition of the Cansi appears to be a sneakier and deadlier edition of the Cansi since it helps it be incredibly addictive. Nevertheless possessing its unmistakably sour tinge, the cansi flakes are usually tempered with nice sautéed whitened onions. Likewise, it nevertheless appears to rice as its ideal partner. Honestly, we hardly finished half of each one of the dishes yet Dani and I had been totally swept in a meals coma that both folks finished up taking naps through the entire entire afternoon.

Upon arrival at Bacolod, my boyfriend and I were craving for soup. So we made a decision to possess our supper at Sharyn's Cansi Home. We purchased Cansi and Crispy Cansi, and the ones were the very best food we actually ate in Bacolod.

It was my first-time trying Cansi so very honestly I did so not find out what to anticipate. Upon arriving, they don't even will give you menu (trigger they dont possess one) they just automatically last rice and the Cansi. Making me believethat they actually serve the nice stuff right here. No flashy menus or advertising. It really is what it will be. I am not just a lover of Cansi but if you're heading to Bacolod i quickly suggest you check it out. It is original after all
