Sharyn's being the most famous Cansi home didn't disappoint. It had been a unique knowledge. The dish appeared fairly simple but the flavor really was awesome, and different.

I'm so glad that restaurant is only several meters from our hotel. Whenever we found its way to Bacolod from Iloilo, it had been already 6:30pm. Therefore we requested our taxi driver what period this cafe closes. They informed us around it closes between730pm-8pm. Therefore we dropped our hand bags @ Circle Inn after that walked around 5 mins to Sharyn. Their final order reaches 730pm so good point we obtained there before 730. We ordered their famous Sharyn's cansi and fried cansi. And boy oh boy! It had been super tasty!!! We were so exhausted and exhausted from Isla De Gigantes to Iloilo slot to Bacolod. Therefore we purchased 3 cansi and 4 fried cansi and lots of extra rice needless to say (because rice is existence!), there have been about 11 folks :) we finished the vast majority of it aside from the left fried cansi. We also chitchatted with the dog owner and her child. She even offered me polvoron to use that is super delicious furthermore. Almost all their staff were excellent and taken care of all our needs. This can be a must try if you are in Bacolod. Strongly suggested

We made the reservation and the dog owner, ma’am Delia was thus accomodating that a desk was reserved for all of us. The very best bulalo in Bacolod for all of us ☝️
