The best bar! I've been likely to this place for a long time, they have really fine wait staff plus they learn how to mix their drinks correct, not too strong rather than too weak, perfectly. Their food is great too, be sure to attempt the fries and nachos, they're delicious. However, this location isn't really for folks on a budget, 75 pesos for a beer is quite expensive by Bacolod specifications, but I believe it's worthwhile.

Ok so we strike this place up about 1am upon Saturday morning, errr, Fri night if that increases results. Which means this place was quite cool... From the exterior it sounded such as a club, but you walk directly into this courtyard with tables. The server was hella cool. Without doubt about this. He was useful and completely hooked it up. You understand me... Gin martini, up, twist. Through the span of the night time I got 6, and honestly the glass simply kept searching fuller and fuller each time! Great... hook it uuuuupp. Appears like I acquired the long pour :) The meals: I read somewhere they glowing blue marlin was oily... I didn't own it, but we ordered it and everyone said it tasted very wonderful. I ordered the home specific Cansi Steak, yes, I thought it had been quite delicious... quite tasty indeed! You understand in the Philippines there's this custom of experiencing some pulutan once you drink which totally rocked it, strike the location with my martinis. Oh the ambiance is quite hip... music was great and had lots of fun. I'm happy we picked this spot to have our late late supper. Should I be back Bacolod, I'd fancy anther stop by at Portiko. Stay Hungry!!
