The best thing concerning this place is it is possible to meet up with the best people in the united kingdom called Ken and Kim. They really know very well what they're doing. I really like the truth that they get items just around their house, refreshing seafood from the fisher people, freshvegetables and herbal treatments from their organic backyard, plus they only use organic materials within their resort, also when they're serving the meals! I really like how they care for their environment, not merely do they provide back however they respect what OUR MOTHER EARTH offers to them each day, and talk about that with their visitors. I adored everything they offered us - VERY DELICIOUS! VERY AUTHENTIC! The cooking course experience was incredible because Ken actually shared his cooking abilities that he obtained from his huge experiences. My most preferred dish was the new kilawin (seafood ceviche) and the different types of vegetable dishes that occurs with all the current seafood we grilled in the heart of their open cooking area. You can even hear the audio of birds, goats, insects and the waves of the sea in the background constantly! Everything was ideal! Farm to desk at its best!!! Like you Ken Like you Kim!!! Missing both of you!!!
