Hukad may be the new title for the Golden Cowrie cafe chain, focusing on excellent Filipino native fare. When going to Bacolod for Aspect A concert, enjoyed meals at Hukad. A fantastic meal, and great support made this a nice experience.

The meals served was way below the standards of Negrense palate, not forgetting expensive with regards to its value. The poultry pandan is too little, not forgetting tasteless. The crispy pata, that was their specialty, didn't make the cut. Your skin wasn'tcrispy plenty of. The servers were gradual in responding and weren't trained properly. Wouldn't recommend this eating place.

This was crap We ordered grirlled shell and breded poultry + 2 beer It was a tragedy We suppose to get a spicy poultry and a griiled shell We got some salted to loss of life stuff on dirty desk and with napkin like 5*5 cm Andthe staffs have become independent They do not learn how to treat customers at all , they was interested in playing cellular phone than to serve us This was crap The worst experience ever in Bacolod , and my fiance she live here

The meals was average. It wasn't very delicious. Some dishes had been either salty or not really up to par. There's lots of room for improvement..

The area offers typical Filipino food. It is sometimes difficult to obtain a table so it's easier to come early. Usually do not expect it a peaceful place as mostly households with children come right here in fact it is in a mall.
