We visited Bacolod for the daytrip for leisure visit also to tryout this recently opened Anne Bistro that people heard has great foods to provide. They said that it's the initial ever open kitchen area in the complete Negros region. The increasing chef DanAltarejos prepared our food ordered therefore deliciously that it had been a very important thing we were 11 and we surely got to taste many of the meals in the menu. I've plenty of fave dishes just like the medium-prepared Tenderloin beef steak, the soup is definitely heavenly, carbonara is refreshing pasta and good lotion sauce,we like the porchetta using its to-die-for liver sauce! The seafood tacos and oyster snacks is simply tasty! They serve International bowls of comfort food types but fine-dining high quality, beautifully offered great ambiance. Helps make me feel just like eating in European countries having Michelin-quality food expertise. We like the desserts aswell. Their juices and wines are excellent too! Will definitely keep coming back for even more and I foresee this cafe that whenever in Bacolod this is a MUST go to spot to eat and reasonable priced in comparison to Manila or Cebu costs. It’s worth the vacation! .
