We'd their buffet lunch time and weren't disappointed. That they had a salad bar, a few soups (I attempted the butternut squash, it had been great), 3 or 4 main meals and dessert. None of the laundry appeared German, though, it had been Filipino staples likemechado, bistek tagalog, rice, etc... The homemade gelato was outstanding! Decor is fine and employees is attentive.

We'd our anniversary diner there, and everything was best. From enough time we had been greeted at the entranceway, to your departure, our dining encounter was superb. We'd a private desk on the terrace and our server produced us feel very special the whole night time. The food was ready, and tastefully presented. I experienced lamb and my partner had seafood and prawns. Your wine list is fairly good, rather than too expensive. We felt as if we had been in a 5 star eating place in a 1st planet country. Having lived right here for several years, we are familiar with the specific execution of the personnel and the meals to be without most restaurants. Yesterday evening, this was false! I would like to thank Chris and the employees for their efforts to make our anniversary diner really special.

Everything on the menus is merely delicious. We specifically favored the seafood and chips. It's the best seafood and chips we've acquired! They have a good wine choice and the employees were also educated on which to recommend.

Visited this place along with relatives and finished up having dinner. The area is includes a German influence when it comes to styling and menus. Interestingly enough, the dog owner, who I really believe is German provides some regard for the Famous Filipino Number Jose Rizal since there aremomentos covering him and his stop by at Germany. The staff was kind enough showing us what a few of the rooms look like. First impressions. the area is really wonderful and tranquil. There is absolutely no beach, but there exists a nice pool. The meals is good and will be german influenced. It’s a good place, in order to move away from the busyness.

Ate here while residing at the Peacock Backyard. Overall I don't believe it very matched the specifications of all of those other hotel but I'd haven't any trouble recommending.

This is without doubt the very best food I had in Bohol. I'm all for attempting local cuisine nonetheless it seems that with this island it is a tad problematic for tourists to obtain authentic Filipino foods and a tad as well no problem finding generic Western ones.Aged Heidelberg didn't match either categories. Being occur the beautiful grounds of the Peacock Backyard, the back yard overlooked the sea as the indoor dining region was furnished with wood furnishings that provided a luxurious feel The meals was immaculately prepared. I especially appreciated the french onion soup, that i could inform the Chef put excellent efforts into preparing- wealthy and heavy with a the ideal quantity of cheese layered at the top. For my main training course I got the sausage, which was included with a side of nicely seasoned sautéed potatoes. Apparent the chef takes satisfaction in his cooking food. The personnel were also really polite and nice. Had several drinks as well, which includes a Pina colada and one glass of red wines, which were great and decently priced. I would suggest coming right here for a soothing and romantic dinner!!!

Old heidelberg restaurant, enables you to travel through period with the type of ambiance they have. Elegant and traditional. Their food was properly plated and the flavor was world class. I love their complimentary breads with either essential olive oil and vinegar or with theirspecial pass on. A must attempt in bohol. A little expensive but its worthwhile.

First I’d prefer to state the environment, the meals presentation and taste was excellent, (definitely pride used preparation). I'd have given the cafe 5 except a very important factor. My partner, (Filipina so no vocabulary barrier concern) asked what type of fish the seafood filletmain program was and was informed tuna. We continually ask what sort of seafood because we don’t consume cream dory, (pangasius) due to the chemicals found in production of the merchandise. When it arrived my partner noticed it was lotion dory and we questioned polity why she has been informed tuna and its own cream dory. The girl simply smiled and admitted it had been cream dory rather than tuna and walked apart. Nothing else was mentioned or done. My partner left the lotion dory and ate the others. I'd have pursued the problem but didn’t desire to ruin an in any other case pleasant Valentines dinner time with my wife. There is no excuse to be told tuna and it being lotion dory.
