Vieux Chalet is really a reservations only cafe. We called exactly the same day for the lunch reservation at 1:30pm. Whenever we arrived, we had been greeted by Rico, who provides already been with Vieux Chalet for 15 yrs. He guided us through the menus. We ordered the roastedchicken and salad of your day that was Salad Katharina, easily remember correctly. Rice had not been generally served but our demand was granted without hesitations. The salad has been to die for and the poultry was therefore tender and tasty. The meals was really great! Rico was very friendly and accommodating. He also provided us a brief overview of the restaurant. The food was a little on the expensive side but of definite quality. We shall definitely keep coming back soon!

Tried this place regarding late lunch time, around 3pm. We didn’t possess a reservation however they location was empty in those days. The servers are polite and pleasant and much more than prepared to help us. The food was tasty. Everything was extremely flavorful. The purchase price isquite steep, but i didn’t mind because it was really great and the servings had been pretty huge. The ambiance was quaint and charming with nice views of Manila skyline. I could imagine it being method better at night.

Proceeded to go here for lunch time. Their Caprese salad had been the best. We ordered Roasted poultry, Salmon, ossobuco and porkchop for the entrees. Personally, i think they are able to improve on the ossobuco, Salmon was dried out, but the poultry and prokchop had been both good. Also obtained theSwiss chocolate cake for dessert (needs enhancement too). General, ambience was nice, great view, huge servings, some products in the menu requirements improvement, pricing may also be improved.
