We went to Minced for breakfast and asked for their breakfast best sellers. The waitress recommended their Lucban Longganisa and Hungarian Sausage so we got those. While it was filling, unfortunately, the taste wasn't very appealing since the dishes are a bit too salty for our taste. In fairness, though, service is quite good- I have to hand that to them.

Pretty cozy place. We ordered Chicharon Rice, Cream Dory Escabeche and Spicy Adobon Wings.Awesome presentation of the dishes. Loved the dory and how it cooked. The spicy wings were okay, the flavor is there but it was not spicy at all. Biggest disappoinment is thechicharon rice looks like a garlic rice topped only with chicharon.Overall fair dine in experience. 😊😊😊

Scouring somewhere to eat lunch, we found Minced as it was the only nearby resto accepting card payments. Ordered Beef Kare Kare, Laing and those little fried dumplings. Servings are good for sharing.

Antipolo's best kept secret, Minced Manila offers a wide array of Filipino Fusion that will just make you want to come back again and again! Forget their burgers, they're just alright, go straight for the good stuff! The Pork Humba and Kalkag Rice is just to die for. Spice it up with the Gising-Gising and forget about it! Given that the food may be a bit too garlicky for others, but if given the chance if I were to showcase Filipino Food to a Balikbayan (who you have to admit has tasted every single possible combination of Filipino dish out there) I'd bring them to Minced Manila.

Delicious and satisfying these two words probably best describes this establishment. Situated on the second floor of a commercial building one can easily miss it especially from the view from the ground the place seems to be not inviting. As the saying goes "don't judge the book by its cover" the place is decent don't get me wrong but I feel like it could have been better. Free Wi-Fi for its guests. For starters Fried Lumpiang Ubod is definitely worth trying, the Fried Spicy Adobo Wings with Roasted Aoili is delicious though I am missing that kick of spice on the wings. One of their best in my opinion is the ensaladang pakwan at kesong puti, the combination of its flavours are on point though I wish they are more generous in kesong puti. Kalkag rice is really good though if you are watching your cholesterol intake then maybe just try a spoon or two. Humba "Bagnet" style is a hit and miss with the group though for me it is ain't that bad. Serving portions per order is good for two-three. Minced Manila is definitely a must try.

I liked the food. It has been a long time since I tasted good laing. Their watermelon salad with kesong puti is also good. The kare-kare is flavorful. The only downside is the price, or the serving size. I felt they could have served more with the price they demanded.

While most of our orders delivered in terms of taste, we felt somehow cheated by the prices in this restaurant. The Watermelon Salad was big on flavor and the vinaigrette was delicious (a bit on the sweet side). However, it seems they scrimped on every element in the salad, which makes it overpriced at 295 pesos. This wasn't nearly enough for one person. The almonds, cheese, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes were all scarce. We weren't informed that the salad will be served without sprouts, and we had to inquire about this at the end of our meal. We appreciate their trying to rectify the issue by not charging us for the salad, but even on a normal day, this dish does not command the price that they have assigned. The Laing was unlike what I typically enjoy; it was mild in taste and quite mushy, and wasn't spicy at all. Again, serving size was small. The Kare-kare was delectable and the vegetables had the right crunch. Alas, at 355 pesos, it's just enough for one person. Even the Green Mango shake, though sour enough for my liking, was small in portion. The Garlic Rice was actually quite tasty, and is the only item we ordered that's good for 2-3 people. The restaurant had basic interiors and looked clean. While air-conditioned, mosquitoes were abundant, and customers might want to consider putting on protection before dining here.

Been here twice, ai would say the food is good, for a reasonable price. Presentation of cuisine is excellent though there are room for improvements on taste for some menu, some only, but generally, food taste is good to very good.

Dined here before and it was okay. Not really that special. Decided to give it another go but sad to say it was disappointing. I got the sisig and fried lumpiang ubod. The sisig was so-so and I think they refilled the Knorr seasoning bottle with tuyo for it was really salty. The lumpia was supposedly my appetizer but it arrived when I was about to end my meal. Very thick wrapper. It made the lumpia chewy. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here. No picture for the food was not worth it.
