A REVIEW FROM KING BEE’S REGULAR CUSTOMERKing Bee is my family go-to restaurant because of its delicious Chinese food since it newly opened years ago.We usually celebrate our birthdays and christenings until one time I was with my dad to eat here because it’s our favorite. It was 8pm and we ask one of the staff if we can still eat here because the mall will close at 9pm, the staff in red polo just rolled her eyes on us (she has a different uniform than the waiters, i’m not sure what’s her position) I, again asked one of the staff and he said “yes”.Note: my dad and I usually wear shirt and pants because SM Masinag is only walking distance from our house.They treated us poorly just because we don’t wear “rich style” clothes. Yes, they treated others with a smile but they only treated us differently.My dad is pretty choosy because he has a lot of food restrictions, one staff said, “ang tagal, ang tagal naman umorder” he repeated it a couple more times. I was truly disappointed because we’ve been regular customers. My dad told me to give it another chance, so we ordered our favorite dishes, they just slammed the plate right in front of us and nagpaparinig yung mga staff “anong oras na oh? Ang tagal naman. Closing na.”Rant alert:Nagtitimpi lang ako sa kanila kasi kasama namin ang buong family and super gutom na gutom kami. Ang concern ko lang bakit sila nagpaparinig ng nagpaparinig?? They treated us poorly!! If nagmamadali sila, why did they let us come in and order? Sana hindi na lang kung magsasara na sila kaya nga nagtatanong kami kasi if hindi na sila nagtatanggap ng customer, we can eat at Shakeys or wherever 24 hrs fast food. To tell you guys honestly, di lang 1 beses nangyari ito. It happened twice or thrice already but I kept giving it a chance kasi nga matagal na kaming kumakain dito.Truly disappointing.Message to the King Bee Management:Firstly, please please please don’t discriminate your customers according to what they wear. Not all people who can afford your food has to be wearing classy clothes.Secondly, If you cannot accomodate your customers because of the time, please please please don’t let them in. I don’t want other families to experience what we experienced because it was a family day yet you disrespected us. Wag kayong magpaparinig sa customers nyo.Thirdly, wag na wag nyong ibabagsak ang plato sa harapan ng customers. Please, we’re eating at your restaurant because we’re regulars and we’re not buying your staffs’ attitudes anymore.Lastly, We stopped eating at your restaurant because of this experience. Respect your customers. Tell them if you are not going to accomodate them because of the time. Also, tell that lady in red polo to act nicely (i’m pretty sure she’s not a waiter) and your staff to act nicely to your customers. Treat your customers well because that’s how you’re going to acquire more customers in the future.I’m giving you 1 star because of the poor and disappointing experience. It is not only about the food, it is also about customer experience YOUR SERVICE.

Quality of their food is starting to drop. Ordered the braised tofu hotpot and it tasted awful. The tofu was so bland and seemed to be not fresh anymore. I hope management can rectify this. I have been eating here since they first opened I think way back 2004. Sayang if they will allow the taste of their food to deteriorate
