The humble and modest meals joint reflecting the Ilocano character of its owners, Balwarte produced a special accommodation for the group’s lunch because they regularly opens at 2PM. Balwarte offered us many plates of delectable poultry intestines ang gizzards, tender pork steaks, buffalo wings withthree various spice degree (nagmahal, nasaktan, and nagpatiwakal), and nachos. Their residence iced tea had been a delightful surprise.
