Been likely to various tgi fridays round the Philippines, for yr. Including previous appointments to tgi marquee mall. Its confirmed that meals and alcoholic beverages tend to be more expensive than "neighborhood" food chains which is something you accept upon going to. Service- bad. Upon being seatedwe experienced to flag a waitress to purchase as no one also asked if we wished to focus on drinks/ appetizers. After that, we 0rdered salad, pasta, crunchy chicken lunch time menus and fries for the kid. Waitress asked "must i take it all out jointly?". My reaction "please bring the beverages, salad and fries for a child ". 10 mins later on no drinks so we'd to check out up. Another 5 mins afterwards the salad arrives on your own. Waited another 10 mins (attempting to show patience) my pasta arrives solely. Nevertheless no fries for a child or another meal. After that called the supervisor to ask where are usually fries and poultry meal? Sorry sir actually sir ill talk with your kitchen? Ahm too past due for checking. Usually the food is fine now was no exception. True shame the service, procedures and insufficient organization are bad Really disappointed within tgi fridays marquee mall

We were a big team celebrating my son's birthday celebration. We wanted a big change of foods and atmosphere therefore we chosen Fridays to remind us of house. The food and the costs were like home as well. A ribeye will be PHP2700. We spent an excellent PHP20000that night. They will have an extensive menus. The food was great but I cannot say it had been exceptional. The personnel sang to my boy and he previously his complimentary dessert. The youngsters were happy so we were happy. General, it had been fun but be prepared to pay a whole lot at Fridays even yet in the Philippines.

7 years of shopping for bistro cards and visiting tgi fridays round the country. Tgi Marquee mall is consistently the Worst type of service in the united kingdom for tgi fridays eating place. Really poorly run. No one greeted all of us at the entranceway, we found out very own tables. A ladywho appears to function as supervisor, was travelling cleaning and planning tables, on a regular basis avoiding eye contact whenever we were in want or at the very least ordering drinks, or even getting welcomed to the cafe. Lastly we got her attention, i was considering cocktails and asking questions, only afterwards seeing the cocktail promo about the windows, which she made Simply no reference to at all. Drinks came after that my partner ordered her meals and the waitress walked away , before requesting my order. Food arrived and we'd to require plates and cutlery to really eat it. After that my mash had hairs inside it. Shrimp and chicken arrived without dipping sauce. Just about all this when there is only 1 other table of clients in the store. Go to time 2pm Monday. Food was okay but service wise that is by far the worst tgi inside the philippines and ive gone to 6 or 7 (or even more) different tgis around ph. Could go Italiannis the next time rather than bother renewing the bistro cards anymore.

The 1st time we ate here a couple of years ago, they served my boyfriend baby back ribs WITH THE CLEAR PLASTIC PACKAGING still onto it. They prepared it with the plastic material and it blended properly with the ribs therefore my boyfriend nearly didn't see untilhe sliced through the meats. Luckily, my mom didn't pursue her complaint contrary to the establishment. The supervisor simply apologized but I don't recall them attempting to replace that blunder. Needless to remain, we didn't consume there again.

They no more serve a few of the items on the menu. A good example may be the Fish & Chips that i have purchased there for five yrs. Yesterday I had been offered a filet slap of a seafood along with french fries, rather than Item Fishand Chips that they detailed as golden fried whitened fish strips offered with crispy seasoned fries . Base on my encounter you would believe all T.G.We Friday outlet could have the same flavor of food the direction they cook. This location could be better the meals was average and assistance was boring its not busy or probably that point thestaff don't provide a damn about servicing the clients. Your in the hospitality market so give consideration. But many thanks 😊

FEU. 24,2020 make sure you Get back to the old menus as the currently Menus sucks. The seafood and shrimp food is overall garbage. The Quezon dips have died, the Sliders have died. COME ON REUNITE ON TOP!!!

I acquired good review from close friends about their sumptuous menus. However, when we obtained there, we encountered the impolite feminine crew who appears unhappy with her work. Probably because they're too tired due to too much amount of guests plus they are just two.The guy who's wearing another uniform (i suppose he is the supervisor) helps in getting orders, serving orders, and clearing up tables. Unfortunantely, he still left us WHILE we had been giving our orders merely to get yourself a bill from another table. In addition they seem unpatient with this questions. You could have burger for Php 850 or more. Pastas are EXPENSIVE. Bad for groupings. We left the cafe instantly and looked for a different one in the mall.

It's our minute tiem to stay this branch. The crew are usually okay and attentive. Food is okay. The Supervisor who oassit us is actually approachable.
