Based on our final visit around 3 weeks hence, we made a decision to have lunch once again when passing by within Angeles. This time around we purchased Wienerschnitzel (pork) with Rösti (hash-brown potatoes). It had been superb. I really like their veal sausage and Spatzle! The menus is substantial and the steak and goulash are usually wonderful! Service time is really a little slow however the wait staff have become friendly and accommodating. This is actually the only German style food I’ve within Pampanga thatI would consider authentic. The owner can be a " practical"person and an excellent example to he great staff - the staff generally happy and actually runto the door using one event to greet and assist a special requirements patron in a wheelchair. The servings are nearly as good dimension as any around or better than almost all. The ambience is very Swiss and totally 5 star! Big wood beams on the top.sensible lighting -very peaceful and efficient staff-a pretty clean rest room.Too much to recommend a popular yet mine were the Cordon Bleur and Bistek Tagalog- the meat will need to have been prime fillet ,therefore tender .NOTHING Bad all 5 star!
