I waited two weeks following this Pancake House opened up to ensure that the waitstaff had time and energy to properly train. However, I came across the waitstaff not really qualified. I purchased pancakes, bacon, and espresso. The pancakes weren't hot, the butter wouldn't normally melt, the coffeewas lukewarm, and I got to remind the waiter that I hadn't yet obtained my bacon. My partner likewise was not happy with her Filipino design breakfast. I've eaten often at Pancake House dining places, but that one suffers in both food shipping and waitstaff. But probably that is why they're call waitstaff; you need to wait..and wait.
