I have had supper at Gingers for a long time and have constantly enjoyed it - as yet. Over a very small dispute concerning a 100 pesos cup of wine (I usually spend 1800 pesos tat Gingers every couple nights I'm in Angeles) the brand new manageress (whoI haven't seen before) got extremely, very aggressive for simply no reason - threw the 100 pesos on our table and called me personally an 'a***h***'. I asked her has been she calling a person an 'a***h***'? she repeated it. She after that went outside and returned with the Chef plus some other large man plus they threatened me and my partner therefore we left. The huge guy followed me outside and CCTV would confirm this. She shouted "this is actually the Philippines you want difficulty"? We had been polite, sober and in shock. She had been in an awful mood right from the start and completely unsuited to a person facing role. I've no doubt they'll deny all of this - I've two witnesses. This type of shame that she lost control after that went outdoors to inflame another staff (who cannot have heard anything because they were sitting outside).
