17 July 2019, 1:30 pm Gerry's Eating place, Marquee Mall. Visited Gerry's for the very first time in Marquee Mall. I have already been to many Gerry's in Balibago, Clark SM and SM Urdaneta. We had been seated and provided menus. It didn't take miss usto decide what things to order since we've been to Gerry's before. For ten minutes we waited but nobody greeted us or notice that we had been there. Not even to provide water. I pointed out that the rest of the tables were currently served and taking in. The waitstaff were standing up around speaking or watching television. The manager had been bussing tables by himself. We talked to the manager once we were strolling out and taken to his attention that people have been waiting to purchase but no one found our table. I would recommend trimming waitstaff down during lunch time so that others could be more pro-energetic in customer service.
