Everytime (we've eaten here a lot more than 5 times) we check out this restaurant, 2 items are guaranteed: 1) theres no feeling of urgency nor willingness to proactively ask if you want to order anything. 2)you need to follow-up basically every beverage or food order. Wechose our table and the very first thing i asked is for a frosty sml. The lady said okay sir and wrote it down. She walked apart (without inquiring if my partner wanted a glass or two) then after me looking at my chilly beer sweating on the bar for 5 mins i had to utilize hand indicators to encourage among the directionless staff to seize it for me. The beer is delivered and again the guy this time around, walks away again not asking if my partner wants a glass or two or prepared to order. This is the theme throughout this visit and every visit. Poor training and also worse management. The restaurant was basically empty and even though that they had 4 waiters roaming round the service still sucked. Food was great but a bit overvalued. P455 for beef tenderloin Chinese design is crazy for here

We just originated from a long travel from the north and since we were residing at Clark we made a decision to eat at this location since we wanted some seafood and an instant meal. The restaurant had not been full at around 8pm, we had been seated promptly,it got some time before a staff found obtain our orders. We just ordered 3 meals and rice needless to say, the rice and something of the dish arrived initial, since we were starving, we completed that dish fast, the server emerged and told us all of those other dishes will be obtainable in several. 10min, passed 2nd dish came, completed that one and finally after another 15min the shrimp dim sum was included with the shrimp half prepared. In those days I've lost my urge for food. Service was bad, all orders must have been served simultaneously. Meals was bland. Will attempt other restaurants in your community when were around.
