I am not a wines connoisseur but I beverage wines regularly and I love searching for wine also. I believe I've visited most - maybe actually all - your wine stores in Manila currently. In a recent visit to Clark for a team development,one of the individuals brought me to the wine store called Clark Wine Middle. She didn't bring me there to get wines. She simply wanted me to start to see the place just as one venue for occasions and parties later on. As a celebration venue, I love the roof best and second ground. It is unique because this wine store is an independent developing, no neighbors to be worried about when the celebration is certainly going late and just a little noisy. Car parking isn't a problem also. The majority of the wines come in the ground flooring that is air con at all times. My understanding of wine continues to be small but I understand enough to recognize a few of the titles that I find out about in wine publications. It is not the name of your wine that amazed me most. You can find stores in Manila that offers big names wine furthermore which Clark wine store doesn't just sell large names but all you can believe of. What's impressive is they will have wines which are like twenty years old. Some also 30 yrs . old. I don't believe I've ever seen anything enjoy it in Manila. I happen to be Singapore and Malaysia 2 times per year and yes, I usually buy some wines to create back. They will have better selections, specifically Singapore. But I've never seen wines such as this. I didn't have sufficient time to really have a look at this wine store. But I assure that I will keep coming back again, probably with a few of my drinking buddies.

We simply dropped by to start to see the location. Since we can not afford to get a wine to savor, we simply settled in searching,getting information of a particular wine from the obtainable personnel, who was simply very accommodating & pleasant. His understanding of thewines had been astonishing and enlightening.

Sommelier Odie Pineda thoroughly explained wines options and gave us a trip and background of the area. Invited us to fitire wines events and showed enthusiasm for his field. Bought the Roy Charles, french- right lender Bordeaux. Excellent recommendation. Complex. Affordability.
