We ate here on two events, the first time We was struggling through the extensive menus once the waitress showed me the Regular Specials. This visit, i walked in to the restaurant (mid afternoon) to go somewhere different. The waitress arrived straight over (i had been theonly client) i purchased a beer and a poultry schnitzel. I checked my phone when i was expecting a contact plus some messages. I observed i jad zero smart transmission for texts and my information wouldnt connect. Once the waitress came back with my beer, we politely requested for the wifi password. Her response, "sorry sir we do not have the password, they only own it at the front end desk". Usually within a resto or bar right here they'll take your phone to the manager for connecting it. Not this location. She walked away. I ate my meals (it had been very average. Small part, heavily heavy fried, lacking flavor, no gravy, veges undercooked). When she returned to get my empty plate and have easily wanted another beer, (i noticed a mature lady reviewing reviews or so on)!we asked if the girl several tables across was the supervisor. She mentioned yes she actually is the boss. Then i had her interest, calmly stating to her, "will there be grounds your staff won't assist customers with linking to your wifi"? She stated no sir they are able to connect you at the front end desk. To that i responded "you're the boss and you also can't help with the wifi?". Needless to say i could sir. I mentioned nevermind today ill go somewhere else and maybe you'll consider training your personnel and avoiding more clients leaving disappointed. I still go to the Brass Knob when in Angeles, the dancing ladies still dance, the meals continues to be ok, nothing special simply ok.
