    Anthony Bourdain went here and today they will have his set menus therefore we tried it. Awesome foods awesome taste. Definitely worthwhile.

    The best was this sushi made out of fried catfish and balo balo (fermented rice) wrapped with mustasa (mustard) results in. A strategies for picky eaters eating at Bale Dutung also it to simply eat and attempt everything. Don’t also look or understand what’s inside and you’llenjoy the meals more

    Love this eating place! The meals is excellent. We'd a collection menu but mostly of the dishes i love had been the salad with octopus, mussels and clams, the pork tortilla and the paradiso dessert. The employees and the support was excellent regardless of the factwe were an enormous team. Every dish was special. The cafe itself is stunning! We shall definitely return! I think about this among the best culinary knowledge i've ever endured! Thank you Niko for the help.

    My 1st thought after taking in here was to create an assessment but after learning that a minimum of Anthony Bourdain ate here, what else will there be to state but shout in the neighborhood Pampanga dialect - "KANYAMAN NA" (delicious)!!!! So right here goes nothing... Igrew up in this town nonetheless it took eons to use the resto since it was difficult to assemble several 12 from Angeles Town so when my close friends in Manila wished to organize a vacation here, it has been a smart choice to join. Ph Superstar chef and performer, Claude Tayag, & his charming wife, Maryann personally ensured it was a lunch time we wouldn't forget. Case in point...Just how many restos have the dog owner (Maryann) eagerly describe the dishes, their elements and history, because they are being served individually. Gives you the initial possiblity to savor each dish that is uncommon in the current fast food/buffet world. Back to the meals....Chef Claude always explores fresh methods to serve traditional meals and what better illustration than to place a twist in the biggest market of the Filipino feast, the basic LECHON (roasted pig), cooked at web site and served in... await it...... 6 ways!!!! No sodas/soft beverages so try the cool Salabat (ginger tea) to greatly help cleanse the palate among courses. And the desert...do-it-yourself macapuno & ube on the mattress of yema (caramelized milk) just floored me. In closing, I would suggest visiting Bale Dutung through the cooler a few months from September to February because the place isn't airconditioned. Though it includes a mist coolant system, Ph's summertime are legendary and will be very challenging. So start putting away 4 hours (+ travel period) for the lunch !!!! Because of Ricky and Ginny to make it happen. :-)
