Visit Rumpa if you are really hungry,, hahaha due to the big serving they will have their ribs is got good enough for two, they will have 2 branches ( i believe, one inside Balibago and inside Sto Rosario... but I love the Balibago better obtained the homey sensation,,We'll continue coming back.

Gave Rumpa cafe surla st balibago a trip after a suggestion from the regular diner to the restaurant. Went with my partner and another vouple for breakfast .However they weren't serving breakfast yet because of them only reopening.😢 Meals were inexpensive Steak was ok, program was great!
